Applications
AGV
AGV is the abbreviation of Automated Guided Vehicle, meaning an automatically guided transport vehicle, also known as a driverless transport vehicle, automatic navigation vehicle or laser-guided vehicle. Its outstanding feature is unmanned operation: the AGV is equipped with an automatic guidance system that allows it to travel along a preset route without manual navigation.
Products
With more than 30 years designing and manufacturing planetary reducers, we run an in-house production line equipped with modern CNC hobbing, grinding and test equipment, backed by a mature end-to-end quality system. As the industrial robotics market has scaled up, we have expanded our AGV-specific reducer lineup to cover a wider torque, ratio and footprint range. Our AGV reducers combine compact size, low weight, high torque density, wide reduction-ratio options, tight backlash specs, high transmission efficiency and long maintenance-free intervals — and are deployed across a broad spectrum of intelligent industrial automation systems.
Our facility spans more than 40,000 square meters, and we have focused on planetary gear reducer R&D and production for over 30 years. Our reducers are deployed in industrial robots, construction machinery, wind turbines, mining equipment and other heavy-duty applications.
Products
A planetary gear reducer uses precision gears arranged in a sun-and-planet layout to deliver high torque density in a compact envelope. It is the core component for torque transmission in robotic platforms. Assembled with a drive motor, controller and steering plate, it forms a fully integrated steerable drive wheel.
